Phil Hugo (Toulouse, France, 1991) is a leading educator in integrative health, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle, known on social media as @thephilhugo. He holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid and a degree in Nutrition from the Carlemany University of Andorra. He also has a joint Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the CEU San Pablo University and the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, he is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine in San Francisco. Since 2020, together with his multidisciplinary team at the Intergalactic Academy, he has trained more than 15,000 students, integrative health enthusiasts, health professionals, and elite athletes. He also teaches nutrition and biochemistry at various Spanish universities, where his Keto Optimizado® program is recognized as an academic benchmark in ketogenic nutrition and intermittent fasting. Phil is a partner, pharmacist, and formulation director at be levels.
