You can earn be coins in several ways:

Creating your account (100 be coins).
By making a purchase (1 be coin for each € spent).
On your birthday (be coins multiplied by leveling up, starting with 200).
Following us on Instagram (50 be coins).
Following us on TikTok (50 be coins).
Subscribing to our newsletter (100 be coins).
Subscribing to our YouTube channel (50 be coins).
Bringing a new #belever to Be Club (500 be coins).

Log in to your account and go to the be club page. There you will be able to see your available be coins, the money spent, your current level and how much you need to spend to go to the next level.

100 be coins are equivalent to 1€ discount. For example, with 250 be coins you will get 2,50€ discount. Redeem your be coins easily on the payment screen, you can apply the reward you are most interested in among those available. All existing rewards are automatically included in the payment screen, you can only choose one per purchase.

The be coins are combinable with Ecopack purchases, but are not combinable with recurring purchases or discounts from other partners. If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at atencionalcliente@belevels.com.

The be coins you earn expire in 1 year. In your reward history you can see when your be coins expire.

If you return an order, the be coins obtained after the purchase will be automatically removed from your account. The adjustment of your be coins for returns is done automatically, so you don't have to worry.

Our loyalty program has 3 levels. When you join be club, you will start as an Explorer. Then, when you spend more than 250€, you will upgrade to Adventure, and when you spend more than 800€, you will reach the VIB level. Each level offers exclusive benefits. Take a look at the level table on the be club page and discover all the benefits.

Yes, we can reduce your level. For example, if you reach the threshold of 250€, you will remain in the Adventure level for one year. If in that period you spend less than 250€, you will be downgraded to the previous level, Explorer. In short, customers can be downgraded if they do not maintain the minimum spending during the year.

They are different concepts:

Be Club: This is our loyalty program. By joining, you will earn be coins that you can redeem for discounts. As you earn be coins, you will level up and unlock prizes, new benefits, exclusive events, personalized content and exclusive releases.

Newsletter: This is our newsletter. By subscribing, you will earn 100 be coins and you will be updated on product launches and exclusive offers.

Log in to your account and access the be club page. Copy your personalized link and share it by email or WhatsApp. When your friend clicks on the link, our website will open with a popup. There he/she will have to enter his/her email address to receive your 5€ discount code. When they make their first purchase, a minimum requirement of 30 euros, the code will be automatically applied on the payment screen. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email notifying you that your friend has placed his first order and we will automatically add 500 be coins (5€) to your account.

When you reach the VIB level and exceed €2,000 in be levels, you will receive an email with instructions on how to request your Smartbox Experience. You will have to log in to your be club account and you will see the option to request one of the 3 available multi-themed experiences we offer. Fill out the form and receive your experience by email in 24-48 hours.
