LEGAL BASES OF THE "XMAS BOX" DRAW


1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company organizing the draw is BELEVELS, SL with registered office in Madrid 28049 (Madrid), at C/ Monasterio de Liébana 9 - Portal A 1º D, and NIF B88632369, dedicated to the sale of natural nutritional supplements.

2. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW
The purpose of this raffle is to reward Be Levels customers with a "XMAS BOX" of Be Levels nutritional supplements valued at over €200.

3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The draw will begin on December 12th and end on December 31st at 11:59 PM (Spanish peninsular time).

4. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE
The following may participate in the draw:

  • People over 18 years of age.
  • Customers who place an order of at least €100 in the Be Levels online store ( https://belevels.com/ ) during the participation period.

Participation will be automatic once these requirements are met. Each order of €100 or more will constitute a single entry into the drawing, regardless of the total order amount.

5. PRIZES
The prize consists of a "XMAS BOX" of Be Levels supplements valued at over €200. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. The gifts included in the "XMAS BOX" are a be calm, a triple magnesium, an omega 3, a chill mood, a collagen, a gut day, 3 single-dose energy gels, an ACE aminolytes, a pistachio keto protein bar, a hazelnut keto protein bar, a chocolate whey isolated protein, the Tiredness and Fatigue Symptoms Protocol, written by Dr. Hernández, the Insomnia and Nighttime Anxiety Symptoms Protocol, written by Phil Hugo, and a set of be levels socks.

6. DRAW MECHANICS
The winner will be randomly selected using an automated selection system on January 9, 2025.

7. WINNER'S NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided when placing their order within 3 business days of selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 business days of the initial contact, Be Levels reserves the right to make a new selection.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE
Participation in the sweepstakes implies acceptance of these legal terms. Be Levels reserves the right to request documentation from the winner that proves they have met the participation requirements.

9. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), participants' personal data will be processed by Be Levels for the sole purpose of managing their participation in the draw. The winner's data may be published on Be Levels' official channels (website and social media) with their express consent.

10. LIMITATIONS AND DISQUALIFICATION
Be Levels reserves the right to disqualify those participants who:

  • Provide false or incomplete data.

  • Act fraudulently or contrary to the spirit of the draw.

11. MODIFICATIONS AND/OR CANCELLATION
Be Levels reserves the right to modify these legal terms and conditions or cancel the draw for justified reasons, and undertakes to duly notify participants.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
This draw will be governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid.
