We have found a way to reduce the sugar content without affecting the taste. We've found a way to keep the protein dose without eating that chewy mass that sticks to your molar. Is it compatible with a ketogenic / keto diet?

Our bar is a ketogenic, high-protein, gluten-free, soft nougat-style chocolate bar made with healthy fats. It's great if you want to reach your daily calorie and macronutrient goal without sacrificing taste.

Made from a combination of pea protein isolate and whey protein isolate crispis, each of our bars provides an incredible amino acid and fatty acid profile, no sugars and almost no carbohydrates.

Its fat content is monounsaturated, since it is made from nuts such as hazelnuts, and stearic acid, thanks to the cocoa butter. These compounds contribute to proper mitochondrial health (important for fat oxidation) and glycemic control (essential for successful diets).

Why does Keto Bar have stevia and erythritol?

Our bars contain a minimum amount of stevia and erythritol sweeteners to provide a moderately sweet taste. Both have been shown to be well tolerated by the digestive system, making them ideal for good glycemic control and cardiovascular health.
