SHIPPING POLICY


The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order within approximately one to seven working days after they leave the Levels warehouse, depending on the destination.


Be Levels does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a consequence of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot take place due to reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for such purpose, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in customs.


Be Levels does not guarantee that orders will be delivered at specific and concrete times. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date or, within it, shows preference for a particular time slot, it will be understood that he/she does so as a guideline.


Delivery times are approximate, although Belevels constantly tries to comply with them. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no pick-up or delivery service, a circumstance that will affect the calculation of delivery dates.

 

 


1. Delivery times and shipping costs


Shipping costs and approximate delivery times are informed during the purchase process, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.


2. International and domestic shipping policy


Shipments are made from mainland Spain, so any shipment outside the European Union must go through Customs. Our shipments are made under the incoterm DAP, which implies that the shipping costs reported do not include customs clearance fees at destination, taxes and duties. These costs will be informed by the carrier at the time of delivery and are borne by the recipient.


Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin (Spain). If your order goes through customs we are not responsible for any additional costs involved.


Q: Do I have to pay Duties (Customs Fee) when I receive my package?


A: For orders to the Canary Islands and countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of taxes. These orders are subject to the taxes and customs duties of the destination country.


These charges and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for payment of all government taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when using the website or making a purchase.

 


3. Incidents


Q: What if I am not at the shipping address when the package is delivered?

A: You will need to contact customer service via email at atencionalcliente@belevels.com.


Q:Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

A: All orders are prepared very early in the day. Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to change your shipping address. If you have this issue you will need to contact customer service by emailing atencionalcliente@belevels.com.


Q: I received my order in bad condition, what should I do?

A: You should contact customer service by e-mail at atencionalcliente@belevels.com.


Q: I have not received my order, what should I do?

A: You should contact customer service by emailing atencionalcliente@belevels.com.

 


4. Returns and Exchanges


Q: How does the Return Policy work?

A: At Be Levels we like to keep things simple, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.


To receive your refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them.


Be Levels will be responsible for any costs incurred due to a mistake or failure of our delivery. In the case of a return or exchange, the customer must contact customer service via email at atencionalcliente@belevels.com.

Q: Can I exchange or return a product?

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email informing you about your refund, which will take about 5 business days to be reflected in your bank account. The refund will be made according to the original payment method used.


5. Canceling Orders


We work quickly to pack and ship your items. This means that your order cannot be modified or cancelled once we have processed and/or shipped it. This includes exchanging products, changing your delivery address and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted order to us for a refund.
