How to take it
  • Ideally taken 1 or 2 times around training.
  • Pre-workout (ideally): 16g per day mixed with water. Take: 30-45 minutes before training to maximize energy, hydration and prepare muscles.
  • Intra-workout: Another 16g serving, if you prefer. Take: During workouts lasting longer than an hour, to maintain energy and electrolyte levels.
