En mi opinión, es uno de los suplementos esenciales para aquellas personas que tienen déficit de vitamina D o que tienen muy poca exposición a la luz solar (como es mi caso).
Desde que la tomo, mis niveles en sangre se han incrementado notablemente y se ha reducido la fatiga que sentía.
