How to take it

At what time of day is its consumption preferable? Should I take it daily?

The recommended dose of creatine monohydrate is 3 to 5 grams daily. You can take it before or after training, or at any time of the day. Although it is not necessary to cycle use, some people choose to do so. Creatine can be consumed alone or mixed with liquids such as water or fruit juices.

When will I notice its effects?

In the first week, you will notice an increase in creatine, improvement in energy and performance, and possible weight gain. The second week brings greater strength, power and initial muscle growth.
