Log in to your account and, from the ‘Services’ menu (in the top-left corner), go to ‘My subscriptions’. From there, you can manage your subscription, make changes or cancel it whenever you need to.
Important: our customer service team cannot cancel or change subscriptions on behalf of customers. Any changes must be made directly via your user area.
Yes. You can change your delivery address by logging into your account and going to the ‘My orders’ section, within one hour of your order being confirmed.
If more than one hour has passed since your order was confirmed, please email us at atencionalcliente@belevels.com and we’ll be happy to help.
It is not possible to select a collection point during the checkout process. Once your order has left our warehouse and you have received an email from the courier, you will be able to log in to their website and choose a collection point, provided the service is available for your delivery.

Be coins are points you earn on your purchases as a member of be club, our loyalty scheme. When you log in to your account and proceed to checkout, you’ll automatically see the discount options available based on your be coins balance. You can redeem between €2 and €20 off per order, depending on how many be coins you’ve accumulated.
Be coins can be used with Ecopacks, but not with other discount codes. They can also be redeemed per product on the be club page.
You can check your be coins balance in your be club account.
The Ecopack is an automatic 5% discount applied when you buy three or more units of the same product. It can be combined with be coins or a discount code, but not with both at the same time. The Ecopack is not compatible with subscriptions or recurring purchases.
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other, nor can they be used alongside discounts earned from be coins in the same order.
If you apply a discount code to a subscription or recurring purchase, it will only apply to the first order. From the second delivery onwards, the 5% discount associated with the subscription will automatically apply.
