100 be coins are equivalent to a 1€ discount. For example, with 200 be coins, you’ll get a 2€ discount.

When you log in and proceed to checkout, you’ll automatically see the available discount options based on your be coins balance. You can redeem between 2€ and 20€ in discounts per order, depending on how many be coins you’ve accumulated.

You can also use your be coins to redeem products directly from the be club page.

Important: To use your be coins, you must have at least 200, regardless of your membership level.

Discounts obtained using be coins at checkout cannot be combined with other discount codes in the same order. They also cannot be used for subscriptions or recurring purchases. However, be coins can be combined with the Ecopack, which is an automatic 5% discount applied when you purchase 3 or more units of the same product.

You must be logged in when you make purchases to earn points, so please check that you are logged in to your rewards account and that you did not accidentally check out as a guest.

You will receive an email some time after your purchase with a form about your experience with the product. Once completed, 100 be coins will be automatically credited to your account.

Let us know your birthday at least 30 days in advance, and you’ll receive an email with your be coins, based on your be club level.

If you enter the date too close to your birthday, the be coins will be activated 30 days after you add it.

If you entered the wrong date, please contact us at atencionalcliente@belevels.com and we will correct it manually.

Log in to your account and go to the be club page. Copy your personalized link and share it via email or WhatsApp. When your friend clicks on the link, our website will open with a pop-up. There, they will need to enter their email address to receive their €5 discount code. When they make their first purchase, with a minimum requirement of €30, the code will be automatically applied at checkout. When they complete their purchase, you will receive an email notifying you that your friend has placed their first order, and we will automatically add 500 be coins (€5) to your account.

You can use your points to redeem rewards and discounts within 12 months of earning them. They will expire 12 months after being added to your account. When your points are about to expire, we will send you an email reminder to use them.

Log in to your account and go to the be club page. There you can see your available be coins, the money you have spent, your current level, and how much you need to spend to move up to the next level.

Newsletter: This is our newsletter. When you subscribe, you will earn 100 be coins and stay up to date on product launches and exclusive offers.

Yes, we can downgrade your level. For example, if you reach the €250 threshold, you will remain at the Adventure level for one year. If you spend less than €250 during that period, you will be downgraded to the previous level, Explorer. In short, customers can be downgraded if they do not maintain the minimum spend during the year.
