BELEVELS S.L., which we will refer to as Levels, is the owner of the website located at the domain name www.belevels.com.

Using the website and/or registering as a user presupposes acceptance of the terms and conditions described here.

a) These General Terms and Conditions are valid for all commercial relationships between Levels and its client, in the version in force at the time of signing the contract.

b) Different general terms and conditions of the client will be rejected.

c) As clients according to art. 1 (a) both consumers and entrepreneurs will be considered. A consumer is any natural person for whom the purpose of the order is not attributable to an industrial, independent or autonomous professional activity. On the other hand, an entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that places the order for industrial, independent or self-employed professional purposes.

 

2.  CONTRACT FORMALIZATION

These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire contract through which the conditions of purchase of the products made available to users by Levels on the website are regulated.

3. PRODUCT PURCHASE

3.1. How to buy a product

b) Offer the user to cancel the requested order by refunding the amount paid for it, within 15 business days.

3.3. Refusal to process an order

Levels reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content thereof, and will not be liable to the user or any third party for removing any product from the website, with regardless of whether said product has been sold or not.

3.4. Return guarantee

1. The customer has the option to return the products within the first 15 days of receipt, with the right to a refund of the purchase price. The period begins after receipt of the goods.
2. The customer is only entitled to the money back guarantee if the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original package. Products must be returned at the customer's expense.
3. The money back guarantee applies to all products.

Upon successful receipt of the goods by the supplier within the 15 day period and if all of the above conditions are met, the full purchase price will be refunded to the customer.

3.5. Products delivery

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order within approximately one to seven working days from when they leave the Levels warehouse, depending on the destination.
Be Levels does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for such purpose. effect, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in customs.
Be Levels does not guarantee that order deliveries will be made at specific and specific times. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date or, within it, shows a preference for a specific time slot, it will be understood that he does so as a guideline.

3.6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. If your order passes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs that this entails.

3.7. PRICE AND PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website on the date the user places the order.
a) Payment method

4. Liability disclaimer

1. The customer's rights to compensation for damages caused by negligence in the use of Belevels SL products are excluded. Excluded from the exemption from liability established in point 1 are the rights to compensation for damages to the person in the event of damage to life, physical integrity and health and the rights to compensation for damages caused by the use of the products and damages resulting from the violation of essential contractual obligations. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract; For example, the supplier must deliver the object to the customer free of material and legal defects and provide ownership of the object.
