I don't tolerate it

I only took it for a week. I asked the Belevels team if Ashwsgandha could be taken with an autoimmune pathology, to which they told me to try taking just one capsule a day (instead of the recommended 3). I have UC. A week after taking it, I had quite severe symptoms that stopped when I stopped taking the supplement. So I love the formulation but unfortunately I can't take it.

I started to notice it a little less than a week after starting to take it: more calm, better rest and less inflammation that caused me anxiety. I've been taking it for a month. I bought it to see if I could sleep because my hands go numb and numb and my elbows hurt a lot and I've tried everything. And I don't want to take conventional medicine, much less anxiolytics for neuropathic pain. Now I've bought Chell Mood.
