We celebrate our first article in the SESAP Magazine
What is SESAP?
It is the Spanish Society of Precision Health .
This is an association that disseminates the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle and supports Precision Health ; an approach that combines molecular medicine with nutritional information, physical exercise habits and socio-environmental factors to offer a more complete diagnosis to patients and prevent the development of diseases.
SESAP brings together health professionals, researchers and individuals interested in health and advocates for personalized, predictive, preventive and more precise care .
In this sense, Be levels collaborates with SESAP by supporting the development of its research in the field of natural nutritional supplements and delving into the root of the diseases associated with our current lifestyle.
What is our article about?
In its continuous search for excellence in Precision Health, SESAP has a magazine in which it publishes scientific articles and interviews with health professionals with the aim of updating knowledge and sharing the latest innovations in the field.
In number 11 of the magazine, we, Be levels, appear with a scientific article written by our Formulator and Pharmacist, Phil Hugo . The article discusses the bioavailability and scientific effectiveness of our best seller, Triple Magnesium, in the treatment of symptoms of insomnia, anxiety and relaxation of the nervous system .
Where can I read it?
To be able to consult it, you must be affiliated with SESAP or request it from us via email (partnerships@belevels.com). We will gladly send it to you. However, for dedicating your time to this reading, I want to give you the final conclusions that our formulator draws at the end of the article, they are illuminating as to why at Be levels we have the best magnesium on the market.
Malate turns out to be a form of magnesium that is absorbed very well in the digestive tract and is a great option to replenish the levels of this mineral , in addition to having fewer laxative effects as other forms of magnesium such as citrate can cause. It is especially recommended for symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, muscle pain and for certain pathologies such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome .
Magnesium bisglycinate , for its part, also has greater intestinal absorption compared to other forms such as citrate and liposomal oxide, and helps reduce anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia . According to the studies described above, magnesium bisglycinate contributes to significantly reducing the frequency and intensity of muscle cramps and has less influence on intestinal permeability .
Acetyl taurate increases magnesium levels in the brain and has a rapid absorption rate even in small doses. In addition, this form of magnesium is an inhibitor of kainic acid, a neurotransmitter involved in neuronal hyperactivity (stress, fatigue, anxiety, migraines, epilepsy), which contributes to the reduction of episodes of nervousness, improving relaxation and rest.
The most recent studies confirm that, compared to the wide variety of forms of magnesium on the market (oxide, marine, citrate, malate, bisglycinate, etc.), three are the forms that have demonstrated greater bioavailability and effectiveness in improving anxiety. , reduce stress and relax the nervous system. These forms are what our Triple Magnesium includes: malate, bisglycinate and acetyl-taurate .
