Your questions, answered

What does the appointment include?

Your appointment includes a blood test, a consultation on lifestyle and nutrition with our nutritionist, and personalized supplement recommendations.

How long does the entire appointment last?

The entire appointment lasts 30–40 minutes.

Where is it? Is it in person?

The experience will take place at Clínica Brazón, 33 Don Ramón de la Cruz Street, Salamanca, 28001, Madrid.

Can I have a blood test if I am taking medication?

Yes, you can have a blood test if you are taking medication. However, it is important that you answer the pre-appointment form and tell the professional about any medication you are taking, as this may influence the interpretation of the results and the recommendations you will receive.

Can I attend without an appointment?

You will always need to make an appointment to attend. Simply check the available slots and book your space.

What if I can't attend?

We would appreciate it if you could let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can make the space available to other interested parties by calling us at +34 711 226 846. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is not permitted.

Is it necessary to attend on an empty stomach?

If your appointment is in the morning (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.), we recommend coming on an empty stomach whenever possible. If that’s not possible, don’t worry: just let the healthcare professional know when you last ate so they can interpret the results accordingly.

What recommendations should I keep in mind before my appointment?

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
  • Bring your personal documentation.
  • Avoid intense exercise in the 24 hours prior to your appointment, if possible.
  • It's a good idea to come on an empty stomach if your appointment is early. If that's not possible, it's okay: just let the healthcare professional know.

What parameters does it measure?

In this case, we will perform a biochemical test, which allows us to evaluate the functioning of key organs such as the liver, kidneys, and pancreas, as well as analyze parameters related to your metabolic health, such as glucose, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides.

Each analysis provides information about a specific area of your health. In this way, we work with you to choose only those parameters that really help us obtain a personalized assessment focused on what you need.

Is this service available outside of Madrid?

Outside of Madrid, we have testing locations (Health Points): pharmacies that we’ve trained to follow the same protocol we use at be levels so that, based on test results, they can make the best recommendations for our products. Find them here using the filter: Health Point.

If I have recent lab results, can I use this online service?

Yes, we offer an Online Health Check option, where you can upload your lab results and receive the same consultation you would get at our office in Madrid.

How often should I get blood work done?

As a general rule, we recommend a checkup every 3–4 months, but your healthcare provider will advise you on the frequency that’s best for you based on your results.
