Is it compatible with a ketogenic / keto diet?

Our bar is a ketogenic chocolate barhigh protein, gluten-free, soft nougat style, made with healthy fats. It's great if you want to reach your daily calorie and macronutrient target without sacrificing taste.

Made from a combination of pea protein isolate and whey protein isolate crispis, each of our bars delivers an incredible protein profile. amino acids and fatty acids, sugar-free and almost no carbohydrates.

It contains mono-unsaturated fats, as it is made from nuts such as hazelnuts, and stearic acid, thanks to cocoa butter. These compounds contribute to a proper mitochondrial health (important for oxidising fats) and glycaemic control (essential for the success of diets).
