      Aun no he notado cambios en la caída de cabello, ni noto que se me haya fortalecido, sí que lo he notado en las uñas, que crecen rápido y las tengo más fuertes. Llevo un mes tomando 2 comprimidos diarios.

Lo habitual es que notes efectos positivos en el cabello a partir del tercer mes, que es cuando el cuerpo se va adaptando a los nuevos principios activos y esa constancia es crucial para ver resultados. Lo primero que se suele percibir es el freno en la caída y poco a poco la mejoría sustancial en la calidad del cabello, su volúmen y flexibilidad. Después se suele comenzar a ver cabello nuevo.
