Can I add the product to recipes or hot foods?

Yes, but to maintain its effectiveness and preserve the quality of all ingredients, always add it at the end, when the preparation is cold or at room temperature.

A typical serving of oily fish provides varying amounts of omega-3, from approximately 200 mg in tuna to 2 g in salmon. Yes, it’s completely normal. Omega 3 Kids contains olive oil, which can naturally crystallize when stored in the refrigerator, as we recommend. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product in any way. Simply take it out of the refrigerator for a few minutes and shake it vigorously to restore its usual liquid texture.

"El producto es muy bueno y limpio para niños. Mi hijo tiene TDAH y le está ayudando a estar más calmado. Incluso me lo han dicho personas cercanas que no sabían que tomaba el suplemento. El sabor no es genial pero con iogur se tapa bien, aunque deja un picor en la garganta desagradable. El mayor problema que le veo es que para niños ya un tanto mayores (9 años) le tengo que poner mucha cantidad de ml, lo cual no es muy cómodo/eficiente porque termina teniendo una balsa de aceite en su iogur o kefir...."
