Sari Arpone

Doctor in Biomedical Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, university professor and expert in microbiota.

Graduated in Medicine from the University of Murcia, she specialized in Internal Medicine at the Hospital Universitario de la Princesa in Madrid.

She has a master's degree in Infectious Diseases and another in HIV, a three-year postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca, and is a University Expert in Nutrition.
